As a lot of you know, my sister's partner, my nephews Daddy and my great friend, Nick, was tragically killed last year in a road accident. Sal and the boys are heartbroken, but are doing well, but there may be a time in the future when Alfie and Leon need counseling to help them get to grips with what happened. So, I’m donning my running kit and jogging (maybe sometimes fast walking) 13.5 miles to raise money for Winston’s Wish. This is a fabulous charity, which helps children who have been bereaved.
