❤️ Thanks to the British Heart Foundation’s research my dad has had 2 heart valve transplants. On April 3rd I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to give back to the BHF and to help fund their life saving research ❤️

The BHF is a charity that is very close to my family's heart as my dad has undergone 2 lots of open heart surgeries. Thankfully he is now fit and well so I'd like to thank the British Heart Foundation by raising funds for their great charity.

(Also dad needs another pacemaker battery soon so every little helps 😉)
