Our story...

This page was originally made by me, Lauren Neeson in 2012. I did two fundraising events that turned out successfully but then the events stopped happening for a while..

Later, in 2014 I decide that I wanted to start doing more events to raise money,luckily for me I had my Best Friend who wanted to do the same thing. So we updated our website and are currently working on events to do to raise money.

We have  planned on behalf ourselves some fundraising ideas. A couple things that we have listed to do for 2014 are Bake Sales, Talent and Drawing Competitions, Sponsored Walks, Teachers Tea Party, Raffles for Boys and Girls for our school and many more.

We look forward to raising money for cancer.

Lauren: Hey, my name is Lauren Deller-Neeson. Im 13 and have very strong feelings for cancer.. I think its disgusting thing to have. What inspired me to do this is that my aunt pasted away from cancer. I hated this news and decide that I should do something.. Make a difference..
Many young people don't know much about Cancer and how it works and how it affects people, I know that as a kid being told news about cancer is hard to take in, especially when someone in the family dies from this decease. Its hard to understand that so many people do die from this decease and its heart breaking.... so I think that we should all join together as a community and raise money... Even if its just doing  a 5 mile run or bike ridding or swimming.. Something that can help... Something that can make a change.... Help cure cancer today... We all need to smile, laugh, spend every day like its our last cause someone out there just lost there's.... 

Megan: Hay my name is Megan Game and i'm also 13 and cancer is a decease that I have a very strong hatred for. I have been meaning to start a fundraiser for some time now but unfortunately never had a chance... but now I do and im being companioned by my best friend Lauren. Cancer is something I wish would just go away.... but it cant....Finding out a loved one has cancer is hard, but finding out if your going to lose them or not is harder take it from experience I may close encounter, that did not only effect me but my  whole family because there is a chance it could be genetic. But as I said I did not lose the person luckily but there are some people not have lost someone from the monstrous decease but I had a who are not as lucky as me and have lost people.

So we are doing this to raise money to help,it may not do much but it will help. so when people say "life is so boring" or "I just wanna die"or things like that,take it into consideration next time because there are people out there somewhere fighting for their lives......
