I was astonished to receive a ballot place in the 2018 Virgin London Marathon.Since getting my spot I have decided to run for the TVAA (Thames Valley Air Ambulance). 

12 years ago my dad was taken by air ambulance to hospital, they weren't able to save him but every donation you make helps keep the TVAA flying, giving them the opportunity to save someone else.

Each year it costs 2.2million to keep the Thames Valley Air Ambulance flying, without our fundraising and your donations this level of service wouldn't be possible as the Air Ambulance isn't Government or National Lottery funded. They provide life saving medical care across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to an average of 3 people each day. 

It will also motivate me through the next 27 weeks & countless miles of pre marathon training. Thank you!!!
