Fliss and I have decided to take on a bit of a challenge and run the Cardiff half marathon in October and this seemed like an ideal opportunity to raise money for the Alzhemier's Society.

Sadly, my nan passed away last year after having suffered from dementia for several years. The work done by the Alzhemier's Society includes research, training to health care professionals and provides support and information to all those affected by Alzehimers. 

All donations go directly to the Alzhemier's Society and will help to support their fight against dementia.
