I don't really have a story ...I am competing in the triathlon as part of the TITs team ( Triathletes In Training ). We decided to do this for Sue Ryder as they provided excellent end of life care for my friends parents. I am also along for the ride to make sure the other team member (Leona) does not get lost in the swimming portion of the event.

To all those that know me, you know my fitness is shocking so this should be an interesting challenge. Dig deep people.
