In September 2015 Leanne went through the difficult process of loosing all of her hair, Alopecia UK has since been a massive comfort by providing support groups and help and online advice. 

Losing your hair has a massive impact on day to day life, from picking out and paying for wigs, to the pain of having your eyebrows tattoo'd and the reality of a runny nose when you have no nasal hair - not great! But with the help of friends, family and Alopecia UK confidence can be regained and life carries on. 

This run is our way of saying thank you and spreading the word of this fantastic charity.
