Thanks for supporting Bethan and Hannah with their sponsored silence in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. 

We know far too many people whose lives have been touched by cancer, especially our Uncle Martin. He is so much fun and we love him so very much and whilst we can not get to see him much we wanted to show him how special he is. 

Keeping quiet is super tricky for us but we wanted to do something hard to show how much we care. 

The girls started their sponsored silence this morning at 8.30am and have just gone to bed. They have written notes and used sign language all day to communicate with us...mainly requests for snacks to be honest! We are really really proud of them and hope they will raise lots of money.
