hello everyone, as you know I do enjoy a challenge, and this one is no exception. On the 2nd of October I will be taking part in the Cardiff half marathon wearing full fire kit and wearing a breathing apparatus set, about an extra 20kg.

I am doing this because a long standing and very close family friends son was diagnosed with MND at just 40years of age, a disease that as of yet has no cure, and can strike at any age or sex.

So please donate as much or as little as you can and through research one day maybe this terrible disease can be confined to history, thank you x
