Hello everyone, this year I’m taking part in the Cardiff half marathon in aid of Motor Neurone disease.

As some of you may know I have been inspired over the past few years to take on this challenge in honour of a close family friend who was diagnosed with MND just before his 40th birthday. Sadly Patrick lost his battle with MND at the beginning of August, so I’m putting on my running shoes once more in his name and all those affected by this terrible disease.
