Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Starting from Big Yellow's Cardiff store we will cycle some 33 miles (53Km) north up the Taff trail. This uphill cycle will be difficult, and will require significant training before hand.   Our destination will lie at the base of Pen y Fan and Corn Du, a pair of Mountains that sit in the middle of the Brecon Beacons National Park.  Here we will bed down for the evening, and build our strength back up for the next day.

At the break of dawn we will set out and walk approximately 5 miles reaching the summit of both mountains, the highest of which being 800m, in one round trip.  The route we have chosen is to be challenging, particularly after the previous days cycling.  Once this 3-4 hour mountain trek is completed we will cycle South back to the Cardiff store.  Of course this will be largely downhill so should be easy...
