On 3rd October 2024, Lee Cunningham & Dermot Gallagher are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Alzheimer's Society! As great friends for years, we've always wanted to challenge ourselves and what a better way to do that, than climb to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro nearly 20,000ft above sea level and the tallest free standing mountain in the world!

Lee, lost his Grandad in 2017 to Dementia and his other Grandad was diagnosed with Dementia in 2023. 

Dermot’s Grandma has also recently been diagnosed with Dementia.

Having seen the devastation of what each family goes through, the work that Alzheimer's Society have done and continue to do is truly outstanding.
