On 12 October 2025, a team of Shackletons employees, joined by partners, family, friends, and even a few four-legged companions, will be taking part in the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk at Temple Newsam House in Leeds.

As a proud British furniture manufacturer for care homes and senior living, Shackletons understands the profound impact dementia has on residents and their families. Every day, we work closely with care homes across the UK, and we see first-hand the importance of continued research, support, and care for those living with Alzheimer’s.

That’s why we’re walking — to raise vital funds for the Alzheimer’s Society, the leading charity supporting people affected by dementia. Every donation made will go directly to helping improve lives and fund life-changing research.
