My Dad has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, we are all obviously devastated with this news, however he is very clear that he doesn’t want to be defined  by this awful disease and remains upbeat. 

My Dad is keen a cyclist, a swimmer and an avid walker, he and my Mum were leaders in Simply Walk groups in Bucks which encourage people of all ages to become more active.

Myself ( Jez ) Rob, Andy, Marianne , Verity and Mark who are all members of Leighton Buzzard Triathlon Club are about to take on the North Coast 500 long distance cycle ride over 5 days starting on the 30th September.

We would be very grateful of any support you can give us towards this worthy charity.
