2 years ago i ran the East End 5K and unfortunately injured my spine in the process!! but it wasn't all bad, i managed to raise £700 for SOS which bought supplies for 140 morale boxes for our troops :-)

This year i have been given the all clear to walk the 5k and i am hoping you will support me once again in raising some funds to buy enough supplies to send 40 boxes over to Afghanistan to put a smile on a weary face. There's nothing like showing someone you care is there? Please help me to reach my target and i promise not to injurer myself in the process!!!!
