I'm cycling 100km through the night around London to raise money for Watford FC's self-financed Community Sport and Education Trust. 

They do incredible amounts of work in the local community, from kids' coaching, to disability football programmes, health and fitness schemes, employment workshops and so much more that I couldn't do it justice in this wee paragraph.
