Lloyds Banking Group are joining forces with Crisis and the Simon Community to end homelessness for good. Every penny raised will help more secure the support they need to find a safe and secure place to call home.

Hi everyone. Along with the help of my Lloyds Banking Group colleagues, I am looking to raise funds to help our charity partner ‘Crisis’.  They work directly with homeless people every year and provide vital help so that people can rebuild their lives. 

Me and my colleagues are undertaking a trek across Iceland in September. This will cover around 60km of steep climbs and rough descents and will see us conquer waterfalls, lava fields and breathtaking fjords. 

This is something that I’m deeply passionate about. It saddens me to see so many people struggling and with the current cost of living crisis, it is impacting a lot more families. Last Christmas, my partner, Amy, and myself went back into Edinburgh like previous years with as many hot meals and hot drinks as we could carry and helped upwards of 25 people. Listening to their stories and getting to know them was a real eye opener.
