Hello everyone
I’m Paige Harker sister of Liam Harker who died of cancer in 2008. As his 19th birthday will be on 4th November; I am organizing a balloon release to raise money for the Teenager Cancer Trust in his memory.
All the money raised will go to the North East Teenage Cancer Trust in Newcastle as this is where Liam was treated, I have done lots of charity events which have done well & I really hope this one does too. I am hoping this event will raise a good amount to send off as a donation and any donations will be appreciated and helpful.Its £1 to have a balloon released on the day, we have some tags so if you would like to put a name, message ect on a balloon we can do that for you or if you just want a balloon that’s fine too.
The cut off point to buy a balloon is the 24th Oct as we have to know how many to order to be released on the 1st Nov.
You may donate £5 but only want 1 balloon releasing or if you just want to make a donation to the Teenage Cancer Trust Newcastle that would be appreciated too, I really hope to make this a great event, thanks to everyone.

Teenage Cancer Trust (North East & Cumbria)
We are raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust (North East and Cumbria) - they specialise in cancer units for teenagers and young people and are about to open a new unit for young teenagers aged 13 - 18 at The Great North Children's Hospital in Newcastle by early next year followed by another new unit for older teens and young people at The Freeman Hospital in 2010.
