The Liberty team are back at it again with the 5ks, and this time it’s all for Cancer Research Wales. On the 30^th of April, a flock of us will be making our way down to Whitchurch for the annual Cardiff 5K, and since we’ve done the bare minimum amount of training, we’re obviously gonna smash it!

Cancer Research is a charity close to our hearts, so if you fancy supporting a bunch of average runners who are simply doing their best to finish, and raise some cash for an amazing cause at the same time, why not chuck us a few pennies? Or pounds, whatever works for you will be much appreciated!
