You may already know that a while a go I signed up to cycle from London to Paris for The Shakespeare Hospice in July. When I've told what I'm doing some people have stared back at me with a look in their face that says 'do you know what that entails?' And the answer is no I didn't and I'm still not sure I do but I'm giving it a damn good try and I WILL DO IT! 

As I work for the Hospice I've seen first hand the great care that our nurses provide for people with life limiting illnesses through our day hospice and also our Hospice at home. The Hospice also provides much needed support to the patients families at their time of need. I feel very passionate about what we work for and with less that 7% of the funding we receive given by the NHS, every penny really counts!  

I've really upped my training over the last few weeks and am cycling at every opportunity, if you are able to support me and the Hospice by donating just a few pounds or however much you can afford I would be very grateful.
