I’ve been planning a ‘big birthday bash’ for years, knowing I would turn into a 50 year old at midnight on a Saturday night. However, the last couple of years have taught me there is nothing more important in life than time, good health and good times with friends and family.....and that ‘all the best things in life are free’. 

I am inviting you to come and walk with me along Whitley Bay beach with your loved ones and wish me happy 50th birthday by donating the price of a birthday card to the fantastic Maggies Centre in Newcastle. 

Bring your dogs, bring your kids, breathe fresh air and quite simply walk along the beach because you can. It will cost you nothing and I may even share some of my ageing  prevention secrets with you!!
