It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

I found out about pancreatic cancer when my daughter's dance teacher asked me to flash mob at the Royal Stoke hospital . This was to support the amazing Lesley Goodburn to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of pancreatic cancer .

Lesley's story is very sad , her husband Seth died just 33 days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer . Seth was only 49 . Lesley is trying to raise £49k for pancreatic cancer uk to represent the age of Seth . This disease is so curable if diagnosed early but is one of the only cancer survival rates not to be going up .

Lesley has walked the Great Wall of China , so running a half marathon is the least I can do. So please donate lots so I can run every mile with a smile .
