As you know I am passionate about the work of my charity Faith & Football. We operate an ever increasing number of community and educational programmes in Portsmouth, Birmingham, Plymouth and Barnsley engaging with young people and their families helping them in life’s journey.

To help raise much needed funds to continue and expand I’m cycling 175 miles over the first weekend in September. This will be more of a challenge for me than any pre season training that I’ve been through in my career!! I’m doing this because I know I will be helping youngsters in need engage with role models in environments that are positive and encouraging and where they will be able to achieve their potential in life.
