I will be walking the Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) along with Kestra French and Maria Philips.  We will be taking on this challenge without the use of a specialist company so all navigation and transport will be down to us!

I have worked at the Moorland Mousie Trust/Exmoor Pony Centre for over 12 years and have seen first hand the hundreds of ponies that would otherwise not have been given any future.

My own Exmoor pony, Basil, is my motivation to work long hours and mostly seven days a week.  Basil is recovering from a ligament injury and I hope that training for and undertaking this challenge will help me be fit and ready for when he can possibly be ridden again.

I wanted to take on a challenge that would really push me and was out of my comfort zone, I'm pretty sure 4,411 ft above sea level fits the bill!

I know the ups and downs this charity has had to endure and want to do my bit to raise some funds to help towards the costs of taking in more foals in the autumn and feeding all of those wonderful mealie muzzles in the winter months.
