You often hear 'life begins at 40' for me...'turning 40 begins with a half marathon'. I'm completing the Otmoor Challenge to raise money for two life saving charities, Leeway and Mind. Both of these charities have supported me and so many others to overcome our fears and to no longer be ashamed of how domestic violence affects our lives and those around us.
