There is very little available for young adults with learning needs in Cardiff.  The Sunday Club exists only because of monetary donations and with the money raised activities are organised to support the youth of Cardiff with Learning Needs, one member is my brother, Daniel Hughes. 

My brother is 39, lives at home with my parents and has mental deficiencies.  I see how vital organisations like this are for his growth and independence and also as a support network for my parents; in world that doesn't always cater for young adults with learning needs.
