Story

Thank you for visiting this page and making a donation in memory of my dad Roy Primmer. Roy died on the 9th February 2007 after a short illness. Every year family and friends of Roy get together to remember him in a way that he would have loved. 10 years ago this January, the same group of friends also lost a wonderful person - Matty Hole. Matty is missed by all at Tichborne Park and sponsorship, a raffle and donations are also being collected manually for the Matthew Hole Memorial Fund. The event is being held at The Ship, Bishops Sutton and starts at 8pm on Friday 8th February 2013 and finishes at 8pm on Saturday 9th February 2013. Please come and support the 8 elite athletes who are giving up 24 hours and a nights sleep to raise money in memory of these two great people. We will have a raffle at the end of the marathon so please come along over the 24 hours to support the players and raise money for two great causes. I want to thank firstly the players - Gary Hole; Brad Hole; Will Allam; Gary Primmer; Paul Primmer; Stuart Primmer, Ed Primmer and Dave 'Wolfie' Wilkins. Secondly, Bob and Mandy from the Ship for their continued support - the boys will appreciate the breakfast and beer!! This event is extra special this year as we raise money for Macmillan in memory of Sophie's mum Sue - love to you all.
