Story

So I've decided to put my running trainers back on and attempt to run a half marathon in September. As some of you are aware I've been riddled with a knee injury since my London Marathon training days way back when! I didn't end up running the marathon because of it and haven't actually done any long distance running since. A few years later and after a good few months of physio I'm ready to challenge myself again....this time to run the Sony Ericsson Run to the Beat Half Marathon in Greenwich. I've chosen to run for a charity called Beating Bowel Cancer as bowel cancer has a history in my family. I need to raise a minimum of £300 but it would be great to raise as much as possible so please please dig deep and support me and my chosen charity. I'm seriously scared about running this half marathon after my last injury and your support will certainly help me though it.

Thanks so much for taking time to read and my JustGiving page and sponsoring me!!
