Make-A-Wish UK grant magical wishes to critically ill children across the UK with anything from neurological or cardiovascular problems to cancer or gastrointestinal issues and many more, meaning these children are unable to live a “normal childhood”.

There are currently 503 children in the uk with wishes waiting to be granted, ranging from visits to the cinema, to hot air balloon rides to a family holiday.

These wishes can provide the children and their families with a respite from constant medical care and time to be a “normal child”. 

I would like to think that should anything happen to my loved ones, all of their wishes could be granted. So I will be running the London marathon this year to fundraise for make a wish and hopefully make the dreams of a couple of children come true 💜
