I had a bad fall and fractured my spine badly - I spent 20 days in hospital and had major surgery. I had to gain back my confidence to stand up and walk. So while all this was happening I had such great support from family and friends, Especially Jayne from Amy and friends - despite her going through personal stuff herself, she kept me going with her messages and her thoughts of strength. 

Because of all this I am doing a sponsored 11 mile walk on my birthday 4th January 2021 from RHYL to COLWYN BAY!

The money raised will be going to Amy and Friends. And in memory of Amy, who's memories and strength she had, kept me doing.
