Lucy and I are not natural born runners, by any stretch of even the wildest imagination. But we've decided to take part in the ZSL London Zoo Stampede - a 10k race around London Zoo - to raise money for the incredible work ZSL does for wildlife around the globe.

It's not 'just' a zoo, ZSL carries out research and conservation programmes to the farthest reaches of the planet for an incredible range of animals, plants, habitats and even to help people work sustainably with wildlife.

We're aiming to raise a humble £100 for our efforts (we're training (read: slightly dying) together regularly) so any donation is much appreciated!
