Lismore RFC: Support for Royal Blind · 1 May 2020

Sight Scotland has supported and campaigned for people affected by visual impairment for over two centuries, but we know we can do more. Our vision is an inclusive Scotland where everyone, regardless of their sight, has the opportunity to thrive. But we can only achieve this with your help.

Story

Lismore RFC's committee has chosen to support Royal Blind during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

We have chosen Royal Blind because a number of their residential care services including Braeside House and Allermuir are based within minutes of our clubhouse, with many more of their beneficiaries based across Edinburgh.

The people Royal Blind care for are amongst those most vulnerable at this time. The staff across the charity are working tirelessly to care for their health and well-being throughout this crisis.

It's important to us that we support those within our local community. That's why we have set up this fundraising page.

We know COVID-19 has put a huge strain on many individuals and families. But if you would like to donate to help with Royal Blind's work at this vital time, we would be exceptionally grateful.
