This is my second year taking part in this fantastic event and my second year playing for team Ty Hafan

Ty Hafan is an amazing charity, they help and support hundreds of life limited children, and their families. They don’t only provide end of life care but they also offer respite and bereavement support to the families for years after the passing of their children.

After falling short of our target last year of £25k but raising an amazing £17k we are aiming to reach it second time around #Pay4ANurse #UnfinishedBuisness
