I am running BUPA 10K London on 31st May to raise money for CHAT.

CHAT (children, health and therapy) was set up in June 2003 to support children within Buckinghamshire who have individual and complex health needs. CHAT raises funds specifically to provide additional equipment for which there is no NHS funding available. CHAT aims to continue this support as well as raise funds for additional respite care....

Most of us know how tiring it is when our child gets a virus and requires round the clock care. This can be exhausting, a drain on family life and relationships suffer.  Imagine that being your whole life….
