Help Neuroblastoma Uk

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Our family currently is suffering first hand what this cancer does to young children, all cancers are evil, this one attacks specifically the under fives who are just starting out in their little lives. Where they should be at home reaching their first growth goals in mental and physical development with their loving parents they are battling this horrid disease in extreme pain and frustrating circumstances bound to the hospital for months on end. What a frightening start to this world. We find ourselves frustrated in limitless aid to help our family get through these hard times as their lives are in the hands of the consultants at the hospital who are lead by what research tells them so far...... I ponder on what we could do positively do to help rid this disease and stop more children and parents suffer and I came across this campaign being run by funny man Alan Carr where he is trying to raise 100k by October to kick start three additional research projects this year.
Our children's School is going to kindly start a collection for the charity and over the next few months I intend to get planning a few events that can also add to the money pot, we please ask all of you our friends, family and aquaintences to help in whatever way you can to this charity and bring more awareness as its funding is so limited and yet so crucial to the survival of these brave baby soldiers, you can either donate directly onto this page or go the main website or attend an event or sponsor me to do something silly.....(suggestions welcome??!!)
Neuroblastoma is an aggressive childhood cancer. At Neuroblastoma UK we save children’s lives, with your help.
We do this by funding crucial research which is carried out by scientific experts in cancer centres and universities all around the UK and it produces results – new treatments that save children’s lives and are kinder on their young bodies than chemotherapy and other existing therapies.
Our work relies entirely on the generosity of voluntary donors – individuals, companies and trusts – to continually fund new research projects to produce new and better treatments in order to save more children’s lives.
We are staffed only by Trustees and volunteers, with no paid staff or offices, meaning that 95% of everything you donate goes directly into funding the best UK-led research.
Your support means we can fund more research and bring closer the day when neuroblastoma will be beaten.
You can make a huge difference to the chances of survival for children with neuroblastoma by fundraising, volunteering or donating.Thank you!
