We provide wellbeing support & services to improve local people's mental health.

Story

For over a decade I suffered from mental ill health - anxiety, depression, depersonalisation panic attacks and more were part of my daily life.

As a result my self -esteem was at rock bottom. I was bedridden for long periods of time and unable to look after myself, I  had difficulty focusing, concentrating and remembering things.

Now, I am in a position where I can manage my illness better and want to use my writing to help keep the spotlight on Mental Health Issues.

I always include a Mental Health theme in my Bradford based crime fiction novels, - In the past I have focused on PTSD, teen self-harm, stress , anxiety , depersonalisation and more.

If you want to have your name immortalised in my next book, please donate here and I will include you in the raffle to be drawn on the night of my book launch You could also win a bag of Unspoken Truths goodies - as seen in photo.

If you are coming to the launch, you can donate on the night - the money raised on the night will go to Bradford -based  mental health organisation - The Cellar Trust
