So I get an email asking whether I would like to raise money for Richard House by competing in Survivial of the fittest. 

As I personally know a lovely little boy who benefits from Richard House, I thought why the hell not.

Richard House is a hospice for life limited children, it's not just about providing respite and care, it is about letting children be children.

Survival is a 10k obstacle course which includes crawling through ice, being blasted with a high powered water hose and clambering over an 8 foot wall!!!
