Hi, my name is Megan and I have signed up for London's memory walk with my Mum and Sister. We are walking to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's and Dementia, a disease which has touched us all personally.

We will be walking in memory of loved ones we have lost to this disease and also family members who are still affected by Dementia.

I would like to say thank you for your donation and support for this event and charity. Your donation provides support to services such as helplines, online resources, and face-to-face support, as well as research into the causes, prevention, and treatment of Alzheimer's and other dementias.
