Thanks for visiting our page. Annie & Darren are our personal trainer and site manager here at Long Ashes Park in the Yorkshire Dales. They are taking part in a gruelling Ironman Triathlon in Belek, Turkey on 28th October 2018. It involves a 1.8KM swim out to sea, followed by a 90KM bike ride, finishing with a 20KM run. It's a huge test of their endurance and will push their bodies to the absolute limit. They are competing against one another to see who can register the best time in the triathlon.

We are raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and we'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target.
