Since writing I have completed Staffs half Ironman, Bolton full Ironman, Ironman World Champs 2021 and QUALIFIED FOR IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPS 2022 HAWAII.As such my fund raising continues but I am moving London to 1st April 2023 as it is one week before Hawaii, the dream race of my life.

We lost beautiful baby Leo on 27th June 2015 aged 5 weeks to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

I have since been on more than a half decade endurance journey having completed 4 Half Ironman, 3 Full Ironman, 2 marathons, 5 half marathons, 1 middle distance duathlon, 1 sprint duathlon plus much more. This mammoth mission has culminated in me qualifying for the Ironman World Championships 7th May, St George Utah.

The World Champs will be the most challenging sporting event of my life, with extreme temperature, high altitude and the endurance of a full Ironman event.

After that, I compete in the Staffs Half Ironman, Bolton Full Ironman and then finish on the London Marathon racing in the Lullaby Trust colours.
