This is my first ever race and I signed up to #TeamChristie 70 staff for 70 years in the NHS.

Did you know that the first ever NHS hospital opened in Manchester?!

The Christie is a great place to work where the hospital treats and supports people (and their families) affected by cancer. This is my way of giving something back. You also all know I carry out research into the prevention and early detection of cancer so I would like to lead by example by improving my fitness.
