Karen and I entered the Prudential Ride London 100m ballot but did not get in ..... we secretly breathed a sigh of relief as it is a very long way and I have only every ridden a maximum of 60m in one go and Karen even less than that.

A few weeks ago we got an email from a friend (won't mention their name ... Matt!) saying there was a chance to ride for the British Dyslexia Association (ironic but I had to look up the spelling for that!)

We jumped with glee, by that I mean we looked at the 16 week training plan we had to complete in 9 weeks, drank lots of wine and made a well informed decision to go for it .... 

We think it is a great cause and hope you do to!
