Hi all as you know I am a wreck and by rights should of given up these things years ago but all I need to do is visit Jerry Greens and it pushes me on. They are so great with the dogs who are taken there for many reasons but all arrive scared and confused as to why they are being left.

This is by far the most phycially demanding challenge I have set myself   ....    Swim 1500m / Bike 40km / Run 10km!!!
