Im not very good at being very open on my feelings but last year was a very tough year, Mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer at the beginning of February 13 and went through a huge operation in March  followed by chemo treatment until December 13. Her strength and courage throughout this whole process has been truly inspiring, nearly a year later and she is recovering well.

This is my first run ever so I'm going to run this 10k for her, and also for Bowel Cancer Uk who's website was a place i turned to for knowledge and advice and hope that any funds that are raised can help them continue doing what they do and which will help others like myself.
