Hi there! Thanks for visiting my page. 

On the 7th April 2024 I will be running 13 (.1) miles on behalf of the MS Trust. As you may or may not know, the MS Trust is a charity close to my heart. My amazing Dad was an MS sufferer, and he lost his fight in May 2021. Dad was always so encouraging and interested in my fitness regimes (even when he was laughing at me doing 'weird' exercises in the garden in lockdown). I last ran for the MS Trust in a London 10K race back in 2013, and he was with me cheering me on. I know he is cheering me on for this one too. 

Any donations would be gratefully received. Dad never complained about his MS, but he was a keen supporter of the MS Trust's work and for them to continue to be able to support others living with MS.
