I am running the London marathon on 24th April 2016 to raise £3,000 for Claire House children's charity in memory of Olivia Dolan.

Olivia was a very special little girl who I worked closely with and looked after at nursery. She was diagnosed with a life limiting illness called Sandhoff disease in 2011 and sadly became an angel in November 2012. Olivia and her family spent time at Claire house and received quality care from them.

After seeing the amazing care the nurses provided for Olivia and working very closely with her and her family this inspired me to go to university to study paediatric nursing. I now only have just over a year to go until I am a qualified children's nurse. 

I am raising £3,000 for Claire house children's charity to put towards Olivia's pay for a day. The total amount that needs to be raised is £6,500...as this is what it costs to keep the hospice open PER DAY!
