My friend Helen has asked me to join her in a marathon to raise money for The Alhzeimers Society. Had she said the word 'run' at any point, it would have been a definite no!

Walking 26 miles will be a tough challenge for me and my dodgy knees🤔 but for such a good cause, very close to Helen's heart, and with plenty of training, I'm giving it a go🙏

The Alhzeimers Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
