On Saturday 14th of June I'll be participating in Tough Mudder®- http://toughmudder.co.uk/events/scotland-2014/ a hardcore 12 mile obstacle course designed by Special Forces to test my all round strength, stamina, determination, and camaraderie. I am hoping to raise 500 of our Great British pounds for Erskine Hospital, who care for Scotland's ex-service men & women. I've set myself a tough target, both in terms of fund raising and participating, so please try and give generously
