Story
I’m completing Walk the Wight My Way in memory of my beautiful sister in law Emma Pye. Last year the Pye/Throp family found out first hand the amazing work the Earl Mountbatten Hospice do. The care and support they provide to not just for Emma, but the family was truly amazing. The staff there are angels and I will be forever grateful for the way they cared for us all. 🌻🧡
I'm completing 'Walk the Wight My Way' to help make sure that, even during this challenging time, the most vulnerable in our community are cared for when they need it the most. Its only with our help that Mountbatten can continue to be there for Island people in the last years of life, when the time comes to die and to help those left behind come to terms with their loss. Without our support, Mountbatten cannot afford to deliver the services they do, as well as meet the needs of the increasing number of people who need care and support. Please help me by making a donation of whatever you can afford. Every penny will make a difference. Mountbatten, and Island people facing death, dying and bereavement, are counting on us!
