In memory of Lucy Norris
We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

A group of us will be taking part in a sponsored dog walk in memory of Lucy Norris, who took her own life on the 26th May 2014, at the age of 22. A dear partner, daughter, sister and friend, who was one of the many people who feel suicide is the only way. We hope to raise awareness of young suicide, and how suicidal thoughts are not something to be ashamed of. We will be walking a 5 mile trail at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, on 29th May 2017, which will mark 3 years since Lucy's death. All donations will go to Papyrus (website link below), to help raise awareness of young suicide.

Wayne French will also be doing a 20 mile run on the same morning before the walk! He will be running the South Downs trail from Winchester Cathedral to Queen Elizabeth Country Park via Old Winchester Hill where Lucy's ashes were scattered.
