I am going to be taking part in a charity horse race called THE CLOCK TOWER CUP on the 1st July which is sponsored by betfair. It will be held at Doncaster racecourse before the first official race on the card. The race is exclusively for stable staff ONLY! This is going to be a brilliant opportunity for staff in racing to ride in a race, an opportunity that we wouldn't normally get! Its a chance for people to experience the thrill of riding on the racecourse, also the chance to race ride a horse that we look after and ride back at the yard day in day out!

The cause of the race is to raise money for THE RACING WELFARE CHARITY! They offer professional help, guidance and support to everyone who works or who has retired from racing. Their work aims to help people thrive in day to day life through a range of challenges specific to a career in racing! ALL of their work and help to us as stable staff are dependent on donations and fundraisers! So this charity race will be a perfect way to raise money for The Racing Welfare who put so much in to helping every member of staff in racing.
